House Rules

- If any part of the house is broken or noticeably defected please send a picture and message to us through the app to make sure you are not charged inappropriately at the end of your stay - Any damaged items will be replaced at the full value of the item and charged to the guest if maintenance/cleaning performed to correct an issue does not return the item to 100% of it's original quality - No shoes in the house - Check-out is promptly at 11 AM - Remove sheets from used beds and place in in a pile on the bed - Wipe down counter tops and kitchen table - Turn off all lights - Any excessive cleaning efforts will be billed to guests - Load and start dishwasher with any used dishes VERY IMPORTANT: Please place all trash and recycling in the cans located on the street behind the house. At the bottom of the back yard, walk through the gate and the cans will be in front of you. Please DO NOT leave the trash anywhere $75 fee will be applied if not appropriately take care of.
